Making a Purchase could not be easier.  Just browse our online store and click on any item(s) that you wish to buy to put them into your shopping cart.  Once you have finished selecting your items, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked the few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

Payment methods accepted Visa, MasterCard and Bankcard.  We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship, and inform you when items need to be ordered so that appropriate action can be taken (express/direct shipping arranged, etc).  You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, post or over the Internet.  All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128-bit encryption.  They are only decrypted after they reach our computer & are discarded once the order has been processed.  They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Our Return Policy allows items to returned within 14 days to be refunded.  When sending a return, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us.  We strongly recommend that you send it recorded delivery.  Goods should be returned in 'As New" condition along with the original packing where applicable.  We will exchange it for another of similar value.  We cannot, however, refund or exchange damaged goods, books, charts, software, videos, cut lengths of rope or cable etc and any goods which have been made to order.
All products will be covered by manufacturer warranty.

Shipping and handling

Local (SA) $6.00 for 0-3 kilos.
          + each $1.00 for each additional kilo

Interstate (Australia) $11.00 for 0-3 kilos.
          + each $2.00 for each additional kilo

International $20.00 for 0-3 kilos.
          + each $6.00 for each additional kilo

If you require Express Delivery then please ask for a quote.

*Very heavy, long, awkward and bulky Goods may incur additional costs and increased delivery time. Some of these Goods have no shipping cost associated with them. Where this is the case it is clearly stated in the item description that a shipping cost will be added to the purchase dependent on the purchasers location and that this cost will be accepted by the purchaser before any costs are charged to their account.

*Where an order exceeds 50kg in weight, the cost of freight will be assessed by a Binks staff member. This helps us to provide you with the best possible freight cost. The cost must be accepted by the purchaser before any costs are charged to their account.


Dangerous or Hazardous - Products marked with the flame logocontain dangerous or hazardous materials. Such items will incur an additional surcharge for orders within Australia. On purchase of these goods you will be contacted and quoted on postage fees. *Please note we are unable to deliver dangerous goods to overseas customers.

International Orders - We have negotiated very competitive freight charges for all International destinations. We can provide fast delivery to any location throughout the world at a good rate.

Delivery Schedule - We will endeavour to dispatch goods on the day that we receive your order.  
Standard delivery within Australia takes 1-5 days.

Backorders - If the product you ordered is not in stock, we will back order it for you.  You will be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
